Human Fetal Liver Cells CD34+ Cells to explore early hematopoietic development, stem cell isolation techniques, and lineage-specific differentiation.
Human Fetal Liver Cells CD34+ Cells are primarily derived from human fetal liver tissue and represent a crucial population of multipotent progenitor cells during hematopoietic system development, commonly characterized as human fetal hematopoietic progenitors. Morphologically, these cells exhibit high heterogeneity, with oval or irregular cell bodies, a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, and prominent nucleoli. They express hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell markers such as CD34, and a fraction of these cells may co-express CD90 or CD133. Functionally, CD34+ cells play key roles in hematopoiesis and tissue development. They can differentiate into myeloid, lymphoid, and erythroid lineage cells to maintain hematopoietic homeostasis, and secrete angiogenic factors such as VEGF and FGF to participate in blood vessel formation. Under specific conditions, these cells are capable of crossing germ layers and differentiating into hepatocyte-like or cardiomyocyte-like cells, demonstrating their multipotent potential. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Fetal Liver Cells CD34+ Cells can be utilized as an in vitro cellular model to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying hematopoietic development, including the epigenetic regulation of hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal (such as DNA methylation and histone modifications), the key signaling pathways governing lineage-specific differentiation (such as the Notch and Wnt pathways), and the regulatory networks of the hematopoietic microenvironment.
