Utilize Human Fetal Liver Cells Mononuclear Cells 13–24 Weeks to study fetal hematopoiesis, immune lineage development, and liver-derived immune cells.
Human Fetal Liver Mononuclear Cells (13–24 Weeks Gestation) are isolated from mid-trimester fetal liver tissue, during a critical period of hematopoietic and immune system development. This mononuclear cell population is highly heterogeneous and is predominantly composed of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSCs/HPCs), erythroid progenitors, and hepatoblasts, with smaller proportions of early lymphoid cells and myeloid-lineage cells. Morphologically, the majority of fetal liver mononuclear cells display round to oval nuclei with a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, characteristic of immature hematopoietic progenitors and erythroid precursors. Functionally, immune-related subsets within this mononuclear fraction contribute to innate immune responses, including phagocytic activity, antigen processing, and antigen presentation. These cells support experimental studies of human fetal liver biology and facilitate analysis of fetal liver mononuclear cell markers for mid-gestation hematopoietic and immune research. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Fetal Liver Cells Mononuclear Cells 13-24 Weeks Gestation can be used to explore the development mechanism of the fetal immune system. By studying the characteristics of these cells in terms of innate immune response and antigen presentation, it helps gain a deeper understanding of the establishment process of fetal immune defense and provides clues for the study of congenital immunodeficiency diseases.
