Description

Human Hepatocytes-Single Donor, Male (Inducible) are cryopreserved primary liver cells isolated from a healthy adult male donor and suitable for long-term culture in both suspension and adherent formats. These hepatocytes exhibit a polygonal morphology and strong viability post-thawing. They are specifically selected for their inducible expression of key enzymes. Characterized for plating efficiency and metabolic competence, these cells are ideal for pharmacokinetic and drug metabolism applications. Each lot is validated pathogen-free (mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi), and cryopreserved once post-isolation to ensure experimental consistency. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
