Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) supports hematologic disease studies and translational therapeutic applications.
Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is a cell-free plasma fraction obtained from centrifuged bone marrow aspirates collected from patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The plasma contains a broad range of biomolecules, including proteins, nucleic acids, extracellular vesicles, cytokines, chemokines, and metabolic factors. The molecular profile of the plasma may reflect disease-associated biological characteristics observed in relapsed or refractory MCL, including tumor burden, treatment-related molecular alterations, and clonal heterogeneity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Mantle Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) serves as a liquid biopsy material for translational and hematologic oncology research. It is widely used for ctDNA-based detection of resistance-associated mutations, including BTK C481S and TP53 alterations, profiling of extracellular vesicle–associated biomarkers such as Cyclin D1 mRNA, and evaluation of B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling–related proteins. This plasma sample may also support studies of clonal evolution, molecular mechanisms of therapeutic resistance, disease progression, and biomarker development associated with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.
