Human Osteoarthritis PB offers patient plasma for biomarker discovery, inflammation profiling, and drug candidate evaluation in osteoarthritis research.
Human Osteoarthritis PB are human peripheral blood specimens isolated from donors diagnosed with osteoarthritis—a degenerative joint disease that causes cartilage loss, painful bony spurs, and cyst formation in affected joints. These are non-control (disease-specific) samples, not derived from healthy donors, and are cryopreserved for long-term storage (with short-term storage at 4°C) to maintain sample integrity. The product provides patient plasma for biomarker discovery, inflammation profiling, and drug candidate evaluation in osteoarthritis research. These samples are widely used to investigate systemic biomarkers, immune dysfunction, and to evaluate disease-modifying osteoarthritis drugs. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis.

Human Osteoarthritis Peripheral Blood is ideal for immune monitoring and profiling of circulating inflammatory markers in OA. These samples support studies on systemic immune contributors to cartilage degradation, joint pain, and subclinical inflammation. Researchers can investigate immune cell subsets, cytokine levels, and gene expression to better understand OA pathogenesis and guide development of anti-inflammatory therapies.
