Description

Human Pre screened Skeletal Muscle Cells, Foetal are isolated from healthy, foetal skeletal muscle tissue. These primary myogenic precursors display high proliferative capacity in early passages, maintaining a characteristic spindle shaped morphology in growth medium. Within days of differentiation, they rapidly fuse into multinucleated myotubes, expressing classical myogenic markers such as desmin, MyoD, and myogenin. Compared to adult-derived cells, foetal myoblasts show greater growth rates and engraftment potential. They demonstrate finite proliferative lifespan and are not suitable for long-term passaging beyond recommended passages. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
