Description

Human Skeletal Muscle Cells, Uncultured (HSkMC, Uncultured) are freshly isolated from healthy human skeletal muscle tissue and have not undergone in vitro expansion or prolonged culture. These cells contain a heterogeneous population enriched in myogenic precursor cells, including satellite cells and myoblast-like cells, while preserving native cellular characteristics through minimal ex vivo manipulation. Due to their uncultured state, these cells provide high physiological relevance for studies requiring primary human skeletal muscle cells with minimal culture-induced alteration. They typically express markers associated with early myogenic and quiescent states, including Pax7, CD56 (NCAM), and Myf5. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
