Mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, 6-week ICR mouse.
Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BM-MSCs) are isolated from the bone marrow of healthy mice. As multipotent stromal cells, they exhibit a fibroblast-like morphology and adherent growth pattern. Functionally, BM-MSCs possess the ability to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes, and play key roles in immune regulation and tissue repair. They are implicated in research on degenerative diseases like osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. The cells express MSC markers (CD44, Sca-1, CD29). Karyotype analysis shows normal diploidy. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (BM-MSCs) are a reliable in vitro cell model for studying tissue regeneration, immunomodulation, and disease pathogenesis (osteoarthritis, GVHD). By investigating BM-MSCs’ differentiation capacity, paracrine signaling (trophic factor secretion) and immunomodulatory properties (cytokine production), researchers can further elucidate regenerative medicine-related pathways. This supports discovery research and therapeutic target identification related to degenerative and inflammatory disorders associated with aberrant BM-MSC physiology and pathological dysregulation, advancing the development of cell-based therapeutic approaches.
