Description

BALB/c Mouse Lung Cells are primary cells isolated from the lung tissue of BALB/c mice (Mus musculus). These cells comprise a heterogeneous population of pulmonary cell types, including alveolar epithelial cells (type I and II), fibroblasts, and vascular endothelial cells, and their relative proportions may vary depending on the isolation method. Under standard in vitro conditions, these cells display mixed morphologies: epithelial cells exhibit cobblestone shapes, while fibroblasts appear spindle-shaped. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
