Human Breast Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Breast Cancer Stem Cells (BCSCs) are isolated from primary human breast carcinoma tissue and enriched for tumor-initiating potential using surface markers CD133, CD44, SSEA3/4, Oct4. These cells display an epithelial morphology with high clonogenicity and self-renewal ability, and they form mammospheres in suspension culture. BCSCs are known for their roles in metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor recurrence. HighQC™ Breast Cancer Stem Cells offer a robust in vitro model for studying tumor heterogeneity, breast cancer pathogenesis, and therapeutic resistance mechanisms. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Breast Cancer Stem Cells, Human breast cancer stem cells (BCSCs), serve as a powerful tool for exploring cancer progression, metastasis, drug resistance, and recurrence. Their use is critical in developing targeted therapies, especially those designed to eliminate BCSCs and prevent relapse. These cells, as Breast tumor-initiating cells and Human mammary carcinoma CSCs, are widely used in 3D culture models, xenografts, EMT assays, and high-throughput drug screening to study molecular mechanisms of tumor initiation and therapeutic evasion. They are especially valuable in understanding hormone receptor signaling, HER2 pathways, and triple-negative breast cancer models, enabling precision oncology efforts.
