LS-174T is a human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line widely used in gastrointestinal cancer research, drug screening, and transporter function studies.
Human Caucasian colon adenocarcinoma. A trypsinised variant of LS180, both lines being derived from a 58 year old female with Dukes type B adenocarcinoma of the colon. The cells have microvilli and intracytoplasmic vacuoles.
