Human (Parental) Kidney Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Kidney Cancer Stem Cells represent a tumor-initiating cell population associated with human kidney cancer. Morphologically, the cells appear as small to medium-sized adherent cells with a compact, polygonal shape and grow in a monolayer under optimized stem cell culture conditions. These cells exhibit defining features of kidney cancer stem cells (CSCs), including self-renewal and tumorigenicity. They express CSC markers such as CD133 and CD44. These human kidney cancer stem cells retain the ability to differentiate into epithelial and mesenchymal renal lineages and serve as a valuable model for investigating renal cancer progression, metastasis, and resistance mechanisms. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Kidney Cancer Stem Cells provide a research platform for investigating kidney cancer-associated cellular heterogeneity and stem cell-related biological processes. These cells are used in studies focusing on mechanisms underlying tumor initiation, cellular hierarchy, and resistance-associated molecular regulation within kidney cancer-related experimental systems.
