| Description | MBT-2 is a mouse bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell line that exhibits epithelial characteristics with polyploidy. MBT-2 cell line is a well-established and widely used in vitro model for studying bladder cancer. Bladder cancer is the most common malignancy of the urinary system with limited treatment options and a low survival rate when developing into advanced bladder cancer.
