Description

AceSeq™ Blood DNA Kit provides a rapid and easy-to-use method for extracting DNA from fresh or frozen anticoagulated blood samples treated by citrate, EDTA, heparin. After sample lysis, DNA is selectively adsorbed to a silicon-based membrane. After the two-step rinsing, high-quality DNA is dissolved into the eluate. The purified DNA has no residues of enzyme inhibitors and other impurities, and is suitable for PCR, RT PCR, Southern blotting and other experiments. AceSeq™ Blood DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
